ABOUT ONESTATION PROJECTS
One place to start your outdoor project.
Getting quotes can mean repeated calls, waiting for callbacks, explaining the same job several times and trying to compare different scopes and prices. Good trades are often busy, and coordinating several providers can quickly become time-consuming.
THE PROBLEM
You may need more than one trade, but each provider has different availability, pricing and ways of quoting. That can leave you chasing calls, appointments and answers while trying to work out which option makes sense.
HOW WE HELP
Tell OneStation Projects what you need once. We become your organised point of contact for the enquiry, help coordinate conversations with suitable independent providers and, where we have comparable provider options, help you understand the quotations so you can consider the option that best fits your project.
You remain in control of the decision. Before engaging a provider, you should review the provider, quotation, scope, price, licence and insurance information where relevant, and satisfy yourself that the provider is suitable for your project.
Tell us what you need
Share the project once. We help organise the brief, relevant information, photos, timing and other details so you do not have to keep starting the same conversation from scratch.
We help with the legwork
We can coordinate conversations and introductions with suitable independent providers, helping keep the early stages organised and easier to navigate.
You stay in control
You decide whether you want to engage any provider introduced to you. There is no obligation to accept a quotation, offer or provider.
How projects work
When we introduce you to a trade or service provider, you decide whether you want to engage them. You are under no obligation to accept a quotation, offer or provider introduced by OneStation Projects. Before you proceed, the provider responsible for the physical work should be identified to you and you should review their quotation, scope, price and contractual documentation.
If you choose to proceed, the contract for the provider's physical work is directly between you and that independent provider, unless OneStation Projects is expressly identified as a contracting party in a separate written agreement. The provider performs the work and is responsible for the services it agrees to provide, including its personnel and subcontractors, licensing, insurance, safety, workmanship, statutory warranties and regulatory compliance. OneStation Projects may continue helping with communication and coordination, but that does not make OneStation Projects the contractor performing the provider's work.
Our role
OneStation Projects provides enquiry management, project information, coordination and referral services. We may receive a referral or service fee from a service provider when a customer chooses to proceed with them.
